Why Surefooted Ministries?
Surefooted Ministries (S.F.M.) provides personalized one-on-one discipleship training through a variety of social media platforms.
By the direction of the Holy Spirit and through the transparency, humility, and obedience of each student, along with personal mentoring, students can be transformed into practicing disciples of Jesus Christ.
Our goal is to develop godliness in each student by helping them use and rightly divide God’s Word, as well as effectively utilize the power of God in their everyday lives. We believe these to be necessary components in equipping the saints to advance the kingdom of God. Even Apollos, in Acts 18:24-26, who taught accurately about Jesus, had the way of God more accurately explained to him, so he could operate in the fullness, of the blessing, of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
As we come into God's light certain areas of our life will be exposed. These certain areas can be negative (not of God) or positive (of God). Once we become aware of the negative areas (things not of God), help may be needed to overcome them. In other words, a more accurate way will become necessary to move forward. It is toward this "more accurate" path where S.F.M. will guide its students (new and seasoned Christians), in order to properly advance God's kingdom and overcome the enemy.
This is achieved by comprehending the fullness of Surefooted Ministries' mission, found within the teaching series “The Pattern”. God has given His people a pattern to follow, to advance His kingdom, and it is His desire that we implement and engraft this pattern into our daily life. This S.F.M. series reveals God’s lifestyle pattern for believers in much detail and illustrates how to incorporate it into our lives today.
"And this is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one who does evil hates the light, and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does what is true comes to the light, that it may be clearly seen that his deeds have been wrought in God." RSV
Surefooted Ministries can effectively help individuals, within the body of Christ, learn how to overcome problem areas, grow more mature in the things of God and become a practicing disciple of Jesus Christ.

A personal note from Pastor Vince Marino,
The ministry God has given me came out of my weaknesses, and deficiencies and reveals God’s strength, glory, His gifts and power working through me. Because without the Vine I am only a dry branch separated from Truth.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10
9 And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong. (NKJV)
5 I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. (NKJV)
One of my goals is to love Jesus, therefore, I will feed His sheep! (Family of God)
“He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you love Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.” (NKJV)
