The Bench: (Object lesson)
1. Countless people are in a hurry.
2. Several people are over occupied with worldly affairs.
3. Numerous people are engaged with some type of device.
Worthy goals to think about.
1. Take the time to sit on a bench and reflect upon the Lord and what He made.
2. Allow people to enter our peace. Do not enter their confusion, worry…
3. Ponder over these portions of God’s word.
7 Be still before the LORD, and wait patiently for him; RSV
25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. RSV
imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. RSV
In each situation do all we can do and mediate on these verses of God’s word.
13 Therefore put on God's complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place]. (AMP)
2 Dear brothers, is your life full of difficulties and temptations? Then be happy, 3 for when the way is rough, your patience has a chance to grow. 4 So let it grow, and don't try to squirm out of your problems. For when your patience is finally in full bloom, then you will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete. TLB

Everything in this world seems to be going too fast! The available technology is getting faster, with greater effects, more and more and more spectacular and so on. I believe we need to slow things down. The following video is not fancy or fast.
However, if we will take our time and just ponder as we watch this video it will penetrate our life. We need to make room for the Holy Spirit to reach us, and one way is by slowing things down. In addition, as we slow things down, we will absorb God's Word.
Therefore, slow things down, watch the video, ponder, and absorb what the Holy Spirit is saying to you in this video.
10 "Step out of the traffic! Take a long, loving look at me, your High God, above politics, above everything." (MSG)
