Realize as we go forward that the soul contains our mind, will, and emotions.
(Mind) Thought life (Wrong thoughts)
(Will) Direction (Taking wrong turn-offs, wrong job, etc.)
(Emotions) How we feel (Emotional wreck)
If our soul is not right, it will affect our Jesus attitude of how we do things.
Learn the three principles of engrafting.
Without the engrafting process, people are going to experience some unnecessary rough times within their souls. (Mind, will emotions)
If we are not engrafting God’s Word into our life it is a sign that it did not: Really kick in, not understood or might have been revealed but it was not a Rhema. (Rhema is a big deal)
Four ways to use Rhema’s.
Rhema’s will change our non-Jesus attitude to Jesus' attitude.
At least one thing contended against Jesus' attitude and that was pride. More about pride...
Every contention or conflict or storms of life or temptation is against our Jesus attitude. (Many other things are against our Jesus attitude every day)
(1) Waiting at a stoplight.
(2) Grocery store waiting in line.
(3) Waiting at a restaurant.
Each area in life we contend with is like a boxing match.
