King David’s heartfelt cry for a Savior (Video)
I was not going to make this video because I thought it would be too sad. However, after I pondered about it, my conclusion was that it is sad. It is sad for all those who are lost.
May this video motivate believers in Christ to pray with more intensity for those who are lost without Jesus.
People who do not have Jesus as their Lord and Savior need to hear the good news of Jesus.
Otherwise, they will for eternity be crying out to be born again and receive salvation. Crying out for their sins to be forgiven, but Jesus will not be there.
When they stand before the heavenly Father alone, they will not have the ONE they rejected, and that is the Only Savior, Jesus Christ the Redeemer.
Therefore, once a person is born again and receives salvation, our objective as believers in Christ is to fulfill the great commission.
Matthew 28:18-20 (NKJV)
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
Mark 16:15-18 (NKJV)
15 And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;
18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."
This is our mission and calling for all those in Christ. It is not just about being born again and receiving salvation and just sitting while people have no Savior. We have the great commission in Christ and have within us what He desires in His heart.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
