You are a New Person in Christ Jesus! Part 3 Training for those young in the Lord!

Welcome, once again, to another training session Part 3.

1st. Here is your next prayer from your heart to the Father in Jesus name.

“Dear Father, thank You for the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues in Jesus name amen. Thank You for the power it provides and a richer communication with You. By faith I will seek this beautiful blessing until I am speaking in tongues in Jesus name amen.”

When a person is baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, their prayer time and communication with the Father will be richer and deeper.

2nd. Always thank the Father in Jesus name for answered prayers and by faith, the things that are not yet manifested in your life. Do this throughout the day.

3rd. Let us now go forward in this session. Read and examine your old and new clothes in the list below with the purpose of life change.

4th. As you read, take some notes of things that stick out to you, using some type of device or paper notebook. Whatever works for you.

5th. Write down at least three steps of application from your reading.

6th. Thank God for helping you in your new life as a believer in His family.

7th. Keep this in mind before going any further. To be effective in God’s kingdom the old clothes must come off and the new clothes put on. The choice will be ours throughout each day. Realize, that we will need God’s power and our obedience to clothe ourselves properly. We cannot do this alone in our own strength.

Impurity Kindness
Passion Lowliness

8th. Renewing our minds (thought life) with the Word of God helps us make the right choices.  This is all done by faith. Consider the following portions of God’s Word from two translations. Notice these phrases, “degree of faith”, “measure of faith”.

Romans 12:1-3 (AMP)
“I APPEAL to you therefore, brethren, and beg of you in view of [all] the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable (rational, intelligent) service and spiritual worship.

2 Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].

3 For by the grace (unmerited favor of God) given to me I warn everyone among you not to estimate and think of himself more highly than he ought [not to have an exaggerated opinion of his own importance], but to rate his ability with sober judgment, each according to the degree of faith apportioned by God to him.”

Here is the second translation of Romans 6:1-4.

Romans 12:1-3 (RSV)
1 “I appeal to you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.

2 Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

3 For by the grace given to me I bid every one among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith which God has assigned him.”

God desires everyone to grow in Christ Jesus!

One last thing. When I was first born-again (In my twenties) very young in the Lord, this subject came to the surface. Watch the video and see what I mean. I am providing you with the truth and faith before someone fills you with false information and doubt. You decide!

This ends part 3 of the training.
