Speaking in Tongues Benefit 5 stimulates faith (Potential Energy and Kinetic Energy) (Audio)
Highlights:
1. We live in a complicated and mixed up world.
2. We cannot afford to make our lives complicated and mixed up matching the world.
3. If we are too complicated and mixed up and the word within us is suffocating how can we help someone in that condition?
4. Question. How can we be mindful of God’s indwelling presence throughout the day to maintain our focus?
5. Part of the answer: All we need to do is remember ONE thing.
6. Computer analogy. If set up properly one thing needs to be done and that is, turn it on.
7. God is already set up. All we need to do is ONE thing to stay on track and that is pray in tongues.
8. Speaking in tongues reminds us of many things and provide many things also.
9. If we are reminded all the time, we could be the horse or mule without understanding, which must be curbed with bit and bridle. (Psalms 32:9)

10. As we speak in tongues, we will sense the Holy Spirit’s indwelling presence, which in turn causes us to be mindful of what we are thinking, where we are going and how we are feeling. (Soul)

3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed (Agreed, settled) on thee: because he trusteth in thee. KJV
11. Speaking in tongues will help us sense His presence and keep our minds on Him and therefore manifest perfect peace. (Speaking in tongues affects our soul)
12. Since we talked about the peace of God let us talk about the panic in the world. (Terrorism, including sickness and diseases)
13. Terrorists are people used by Satan and demons to terrorize people.
14. Terrorist is one part of Satan’s army to fulfill his will to steal, kill and destroy.
15. As we remain God-conscious through speaking in tongues, we can be alert to what God puts on our spiritual screen such as terrorism and evil reports through the news media.
16. God will give us warning signs (Like computers) of what the enemy is doing. (God sees all things)
17. Once alerted we can use our delegated authority to stop the enemy in the unseen world or spirit realm.
18. The goal is to speak in tongues, so we can detect enemy forces and control the unseen world around us as we go. (Tongues, detect, control)
