John 14:26 (NKJV)
"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you."
If anyone desires to become successful from God’s perspective it’s revealed in this teaching.
2 Timothy 2:5
"And if anyone enters competitive games, he is not crowned unless he competes lawfully (fairly, according to the rules laid down)."

If we are willing and obedient to prepare and train, we will be able to go forward and build with success.
However, we must use God’s knowledge to become successful.
Without His knowledge we will have:
1. No guidelines.
2. Wander around.
3. Trails of no hope.
4. Dead ends.
5. Entrapment.
6. Slavery.
7. Bondage.
Unless we do God’s things God’s way, we will sit in God’s classroom watching other people build.
We will sit and watch their success.
To get out of God’s classroom and enter His workshop we need to learn the basics in God’s word. (My woodshop testimony)
It is for our own safety and the safety of others to learn the basics.
In addition, learning the basics causes a person to become successful.
In other words. certain basic rules or procedures are required to ensure safety and success when using tools.
The same is true in baseball. (Football, Basketball, Soccer)
Scenario.
Parents paid for their children to play baseball.
The parents desire their children to become successful.
However, they are warming the bench. (Sitting on the bench)
Victory belongs to God’s children by right of inheritance.
Realize that we are heirs.
It would be wise to know what our inheritance consists of such as: Victory, willingness, obedience, knowledge, and the basics.
We have been given a new birth, living hope plus an inheritance.
Be willing and obedient to eat the good of the land. (Things of God) (Isaiah 1:18-19)
Use His knowledge to prevent destruction in any area of life. (Hosea 4:6)
Learn the basics to keep safe and successful.
We can do all these things by right of inheritance.
The bottom line, if we cannot do the basics, we cannot do the complicated or the advanced things of God.
Learning the basics leads us to the advanced.
