Shootings in America and any evil attacks

Why the shootings?
Why the acts of violence?
What can the believer do about it? 
Who is responsible? 

There are authorities in America set up by the government who are responsible, to come against lawbreakers.

These officials carry a badge of authority, which represents their state or jurisdiction.

These officials are responsible to use their delegated authority and take care of business.
 
God who is in a position of authority has placed believers in a position of authority.

Like the officials who carry the badge of authority, we as believers carry the badge of authority.  The authority is the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. (Read Acts 3:6)

Not only have we been placed in a position of authority but also we are responsible to exercise that God-given authority.

We as believers are to do what Jesus did on earth and take care of business. (Read Luke 2:49)

Jesus came against the spiritual lawbreakers such as Satan and his demons that worked through people.

If we as believers do not come against these spiritual lawbreakers that work through people, who will?

We cannot afford to be passively allowing the officials (Police, FBI, Firefighters, etc.) to do all the work.  Realize that they are working in the physical realm, not the spirit realm.

Keep in mind that there is a difference between prayer and using our delegated authority.

Jesus prayed! (Read John 17th chapter) Jesus used His authority against Satan! (Read Matthew 16:23)

Believers can at least do two things: (1) pray and (2) exercise their delegated authority in their areas of jurisdiction. Otherwise, we will see more horrible shootings and any other evil attacks.

I know America is not perfect. However, I believe that Jesus loves America and all people (John 3:16) and does not desire anyone to perish. Furthermore, the  Lord desires that all should turn to repentance.

Think for a moment. What would happen if a person was shot and died without knowing Jesus as their Lord and Savior?

Therefore we need to defend our country and our police force through prayer and delegated authority! 

2 Peter 3:9
"The Lord does not delay and is not tardy or slow about what He promises, according to some people's conception of slowness, but He is long-suffering (extraordinarily patient) toward you, not desiring that any should perish, but that all should turn to repentance."

Furthermore part of the works of Jesus is exercising delegated authority against the kingdom of darkness.

Valuable Insights:

Notice the account in Luke 22:1-6 how Satan is using a person to come against Jesus.

It is the same thing today. Satan and his demons use (Work through) people to come against God’s children.

Also, the kingdom of darkness will use anyone to come against any person, or any part of this country, especially law enforcement.

As Jesus seeks to find people to advance His kingdom so does Satan to advance his cause.

Let us allow Jesus to work through us (Believers in Christ Jesus) for the sake of people and the protection of this country.

1  "Now the Feast of Unleavened Bread drew near, which is called Passover.
2  And the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might kill Him, for they feared the people.
3  Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve.
4  So he went his way and conferred with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray Him to them.
5  And they were glad, and agreed to give him money.
6  So he promised and sought opportunity to betray Him to them in the absence of the multitude."

 
To keep things in proper perspective notice what we should have on as we come against the kingdom of darkness.

Every believer in Christ Jesus must rule (Take authority) in the spirit realm in all areas of their jurisdiction such as:

(1) Neighborhoods
(2) Stores of any type
(3) Shopping malls
(4) Gas stations
(5) All areas of travel (land, water or air)
(6) Vacations
(7) Events (Inside or outside)
(8) Federal and State buildings
(9) Entertainment parks
(10) Restaurants
(11) Workplace
(12) Schools
(12) Wherever we go…
